Terms
Draft. Have a lawyer review these before you rely on them.
1. What Reachlist is
Reachlist is a directory of distribution channels and a set of tools that help you plan, draft and track your outreach. It helps you prepare. It does not post for you, and it does not contact anyone on your behalf.
2. No promise of results
Reachlist does not guarantee customers, sales, traffic, rankings, approval on any platform, or any other result. Results depend on your product, your market and your effort.
3. You post, and you are responsible
Every draft is yours to review, change and publish. You are responsible for every claim you make, every link you share and every post you publish, and for following each platform's rules.
4. Our checks are checks, not guarantees
We check channel links, fees and rules against public pages,. A check can be out of date or wrong. Confirm fees, rules and approval requirements on each platform before you pay or post.
5. Your content
6. Accounts and keys
Keys are personal. Keep them private, and revoke any key you no longer need.
7. Third-party platforms
Platform names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify each channel. Posts from X belong to their authors and are shown as short excerpts that link to the original.
8. API and MCP use (version v1)
The public API (/api/v1/…) and the MCP server let AI agents read the channel directory, the directories, and the first-customer steps. Using either one means you accept these terms.
- Rate limits. The public API allows 60 requests a minute per address. Do not try to get around a limit with more addresses, more accounts or more keys.
- Keys are personal. Do not share keys, sell them, or put them in public code, posts or logs. You are responsible for every action taken with a key you have not revoked.
- Agents act for you. Anything an agent does through the API or MCP is yours to check. Review every draft before you publish it, and never let an agent post, message or submit anything on your behalf without your review.
- No scraping or resale. Do not copy the whole directory to republish, sell or resell it, or use it to build a competing directory. Short quotes with a link back are fine.
- No spam. Do not use the API or MCP to create mass content for platforms that ban automated posting, or to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.
- Attribution. If you show channel data, link back to Reachlist and keep the source notes and the "last checked" dates.
- Suspension. We may limit or revoke keys, and block addresses, that break these terms, that overload the service, or that put other people at risk. We will tell you when we can.
- No guarantee. The API and MCP return checked information, not guaranteed information. Confirm fees, rules and approvals on each platform before you act.
9. Changes
We may change these terms and the site. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
